What information we collect
When you request a quote or contact us, we collect:
- Your name, phone number and email address
- Your postcode and details about your property
- The type and frequency of cleaning you’re interested in
- Anything else you choose to tell us in your message
If you become a customer, we will also hold the details needed to deliver and invoice our services, such as your address, access arrangements and payment records.
How we use it

We will not send you marketing emails unless you have asked us to. We never sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We only share your information with trusted service providers who help us run our business, and only as far as they need it:
- Netlify: hosts this website and processes quote form submissions
- Resend: delivers the emails generated when you submit the quote form
- Our email, accounting and scheduling providers, where you become a customer
Some of these providers store data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where this happens, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or an adequacy decision.
We may also disclose information where required by law.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don’t go ahead: up to 12 months, then deleted
- Customer and financial records: up to 6 years after our last service, as required for tax purposes
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate information
- Ask us to delete your information
- Object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use it
- Receive your information in a portable format

Complaints
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, please contact us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
